Are you a mother? Are you coping with the loss of a child? Are you struggling to process and work through your grief? Do you need extra support from others who may be experiencing similar situations?

If you answered yes to most of the questions above, you may want to consider joining our process group for coping mothers. Oftentimes, grief can be extremely difficult to process on one's own, and with the therapeutic support of Shelby and others facing similar challenges, you can get help and begin to heal.

This group will run for 6 sessions starting on November 1st. Group members will meet weekly on Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm. This group is limited to 8 participants and will remain closed once it begins.

Cost: $30/session or $150 if paid in full. We can also check your insurance benefits to see if this may be covered.
