Smoking Policy

RPC is a smoke-free workplace. You can smoke in the parking area or behind the building in the alley. Any other area in our workplace (like restrooms, lobby, offices, staircases, etc.) is strictly smoke-free to protect non-smokers.

We also advise you to:

• Extinguish your cigarettes and discard them appropriately.

• Avoid smoking when you have scheduled meetings with clients or vendors.

• Avoid smoking near flammable objects and areas.

• Avoid setting off fire alarms and causing fires by smoking which are serious offenses. If you are found responsible, you may face disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Complaint Resolution

Complaints can be brought directly to your providers attention, or to the attention of the practice owner, Miranda Walton, LPCC-S. Miranda can be reached via email email at miranda@restorative-pathways.com. 

Complaints can also be submitted to the Ohio Counselor, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapy Board at httpps://cswmft.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/cswmft/.
