Braver Still: Moving Through Past Sexual Trauma
Sexual abuse often leads to feelings of loneliness and isolation. Our group will help you build a community of strength where you will encounter individuals at all different stages of healing, giving you hope and community. Within our group community you will find a sense of relief, acceptance of self and others, and find steps to take to facilitate healing.
Boundaries Group
Boundaries help us know what is our responsibility and within our control. They help us reduce and manage stress; manage our emotions, our time, and our energy; and build a life that we truly enjoy. Done well, boundaries can significantly improve your relationships. There’s always a chance people you love won’t like you setting boundaries, but this group can provide guidance and support as you navigate those challenges.
Learning to Love Yourself Group
We have all been on the other side of words that we have said to ourselves that have not been kind or even true. If you have heard yourself suggest that you are not good enough, strong enough, important enough, etc., then please know you are not alone. Know that we are here to help explore, process and challenge those thoughts that can make it feel like we are stuck in a storm of shame.
Mothers Coping with the Loss of a Child
Oftentimes, grief can be extremely difficult to process on one's own, and with the therapeutic support of Shelby and others facing similar challenges, you can get help and begin to heal.
Boundaries Group
Feel more in control of your life, let go of what “isn’t yours to own,” improve your relationships, and gain a sense of calm and peace.
