Practice Manager
Hello, my name is Kenzie! I am the practice manager here at RPC. You might also call the scheduling wizard, monitor of our administrative team, or first impression of RPC. I work with clients to get scheduled, provide support to our administrative team & clients, and lead our community outreach.
Scheduling
I’m here for all of your scheduling needs. It’s important to us that we try to accommodate any changes you need to make whether this be rescheduling appointments, changing appointments to telehealth or cancelling appointments - I can certainly help with it all!
Providing Support
I provide support to the administrative team by coaching them, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that your experience with us is as successful as possible. I can support you and your treatment by taking care of any concerns or grievances you may have.
Community Outreach
I lead a part of our community outreach by maintaining our referral database for RPC. My goal is to find community resources and, in turn, also ensure that we are a quality resource for our community.
How I Help
I’m here to help with all of the “back end” things and ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible; that way, whenever you come in for your appointments we can focus solely on you and your treatment. I manage our client grievances, so any time you have a concern, feel free to contact me so I can support you in receiving the care that you deserve!
More About Me
When I’m not working in the office, you can find me at home spending time with my family. When I’m not spending time with my family you can find me hanging out with my friends, simply relaxing at home or out shopping with my mom & sisters.
