Get to Know Sarah

I’m walking uphill, both ways it hurts; I bury my heart here in this dirt; I hope it’s a seed, I hope it works
I need to grow, here I could be; Closer to light, closer to me; Don’t have to do this perfectly, yeah
Rain it pours, rain it pours; It’s pouring on me; The rain it falls, rain it falls; Sowing the seeds of love and hope, love and hope
We don’t have to stay, stuck in the weeds
Have I the courage to change?
— P!nk (Courage Lyrics)

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi my name is Sarah McCullough and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Music Therapist, and Certified First Responder Associate here at Restorative Pathways. I like to focus on concerns related to self-acceptance and courage. My clients typically struggle with trauma and thoughts of self-harm. I support clients in becoming more loving of themselves, improve upon self-care, and develop ways to manage tough situations.

How I Can Help

I assist clients in improving patience within themselves, bringing a sense of control over their mental health. The overall goal is to bring the client a sense of power within themselves in order to achieve growth in life.

More About Me

You can find me on the trail with my dogs when I am not with clients. When I’m not running, I am spending time with my hubby exploring the outdoors through hiking, biking, and kayaking. You can also find me creating art and often jamming to music.
