Stephanie Wahl, MSW, LISW-S

Clinician and Clinical Director

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am a clinician here at RPC and also the Clinical Director. You might call me an encourager, perception reframer, and communication mentor. I help people utilize their personal strengths to reframe negative cognitions, rebuild personal relationships, and overcome challenging life situations. I have worked with clients of all ages but I am primarily working with young adults and adults at this time. I work with clients who experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, challenging life transitions, familial conflict and trauma. Sometimes it’s difficult for people to find healing, even when they have multiple sources of emotional support available. Reaching out to a stranger may seem difficult, but there is a wonderful liberty that is found in processing emotions with someone who is not already enmeshed in your daily life. I am passionate about helping others heal, gain personal confidence, and find joy in their life journey.

How I Can Help

I help people identify their personal strengths and teach them how to use their strengths to build confidence, manage stress, overcome difficult life situations, and improve their overall quality of life.

More About Me

When I am not working you can find me playing pickleball, writing humorous stories and jokes, and performing stand up.
